CINNAMON CRISPAS | |
Flour tortillas 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2/3 c. confectioners sugar Corn oil Honey (optional) Cut flour tortillas into fourths. Dip into hot oil and fry until crisp. Drain on paper toweling. Combine sugar and cinnamon in heavy brown paper bag. Toss fried tortillas into sugar mixture and shake until coated. Serve "as is" or spread with honey before eating. |
