POTATO SALAD | |
5 lb. potatoes, cooked 6 eggs, boiled and chopped 10 - 15 green onions, chopped 4 - 5 celery stalks, chopped 1 c. chilled dill pickles, chopped 1 sm. bottle chopped pimientos 2 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 - 1 qt. Miracle Whip When potatoes are soft, let cool and chop and peel. Add eggs, celery, onions, pickles and pimientos. Mix well, then add remaining ingredients. Give taste test then refrigerate and chill. |
