ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
Onion (one medium) and spices
Grated cheese
1 pkg. tortilla, broken (or tostados)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat and onion and drain. Then add chili and soups. Pour over tortillas and grated cheese. Be sure soups are diluted with water so that all ingredients are covered with liquid. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
