CHOCOLATE SNICKERDOODLES | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Dough will be stiff. Roll dough in 1 inch balls and dip top in sugar. Bake 6-9 minutes. |
