CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM PUDDING 
1 pkg. (6 oz. size) Jello chocolate pudding & pie filling, Not Instant
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Combine pudding mix, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan; blend well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir in the sour cream; blend well. Pour into a bowl or individual serving dishes. Garnish with prepared whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired. Chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings.
