1 pkg. grape Jello or any flavor
No. 2 1/2 can fruit salad or cocktail
3 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Bring fruit cocktail to a boil. Pour over Jello, stir until dissolved. Let stand until slightly jelled. Soften cream cheese and add to whipped cream and beat. Combine Jello mixture and whipped cream. Beat until well mixed. Pour into Pyrex pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
