COON HUNTER'S CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. When done punch cake with fork and pour icing over cake while warm.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and cream cheese and add rest of ingredients.
