REFRIGERATOR BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 c. coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla, then sifted dry ingredients and coconut. Chill dough. Remove from refrigerator and make into rolls. Chill again for several hours before slicing. Bake at 375 degrees.
