CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 env. onion soup mix
1 c. rice, uncooked
6 sm. 1/2 chicken breasts with skin removed
1/2 c. water

Mix soup, juice, water, and rice. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole pan. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top. Cover casserole airtight with heavy aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours without opening foil.
