MINI CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box of round vanilla wafers (sm.)

Beat cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes. Place 1 wafer in each muffin cup and fill about half full with cheese mixture. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool then fill with cherry filling on top. Makes approximately 36 tarts.
