BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add sifted ingredients and milk to creamed stuff. Fold in blueberries. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. butter (cut in small pieces)

Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, flour, cut in butter until crumbly.
