2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and pour into greased pan and cover with topping.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix quickly with fingers. Sprinkle over dough. Work topping down through here and there. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes.
