PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD 
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 ripe bananas, smashed
1 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy (1 to 2 minutes). Add pumpkin and bananas. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients except nuts; mix until moistened (about 1 minute). Stir in nuts. Spread into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright for 5 minutes.
