1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
4-6 sliced apples
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Melt 1 stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice apples into pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over apples. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Good served hot over vanilla ice cream.
