PARTY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
3-4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Grease dish, mix together and top with 3 cups corn flakes, crushed and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, covered in 13"x9" dish.
