BAKED CHICKEN 
1 big chicken, cut up
1 box Minute Rice (spread over chicken in roaster)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
Touch of spices to suit taste

Mix soups with milk. Mix with spices and pour over chicken. Put 1 package dry onion soup mix over all. Cover and bake slowly 350 degrees until done. Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
