CALIFORNIA POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter
8 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. any flavoring
4 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, continue to beat at high speed until blended. Put mixer on slow speed, add orange juice, then flour, one cup at a time. (Flour last thing). Bake in greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
