1 chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce (optional)

Brown 1 chicken; then place chicken in covered casserole dish and pour sauce over chicken. Cook covered for 30 minutes--then uncovered for 25 minutes. May wish to double sauce.
