CRAB DIP | |
1 can of snow crab meat, drained 6 1/2 oz. or 6 oz. fresh chopped crab meat 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. Miracle Whip 1 sm. onion, minced (approximately 1/8-1/4 c.) 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. sugar Mix and chill several hours before serving with crackers. Garnish as desired. I like to use fresh imitation crab meat because of the flavor and red color. Yield: about 2 cups. Can be doubled. Add onion and spices to your taste. |
