FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 cobbler crust recipe
3 kiwi fruit
1 pt. fresh strawberries
Sm. bunch of seedless grapes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia light cream cheese
1 can unsweetened sliced peaches
1 1/3 c. CLEAR apple juice
4 tsp. corn starch

Make cobbler crust according to recipe. Apply non-stick spray to pizza pan, then flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Soften the cream cheese. Spread on cool crust. Peel and slice the kiwi. Arrange kiwi slices in circle around the outside of the pizza.

Next, add strawberries cut in half with points pointing in and out, alternately to form a ring inside the kiwi circle. Drain peaches. Add peaches in pinwheel fashion inside the strawberry circle.

Place 1/2 grape in center of pinwheel. (Other grapes may be added in appropriate places to make attractive if needed.) Combine apple juice and corn starch in saucepan. Heat until clear and thick, stirring often. Cool until warm, and spoon over fruit. Refrigerate until glaze is set.

Servings: 8 slices.
