CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lb. broccoli, cooked
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. cream
Salt and pepper

White Sauce

Saute onion in butter. Add flour, stir until bubbly. Slowly add broth, stirring constantly. After cooking broccoli, put in blender with some of the liquid and puree. Put in pot, add white sauce, heat, add cream and heat again.
