CREAMED ONIONS 
3 jars Hanover cooked onions
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) stick butter
4 Ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)

Melt stick of butter in frying pan. Then add 1 1/2 cups milk. Drain jars of onions, making sure all liquid is drained. Put onions in casserole dish. Simmer milk/butter combo then add 1/2 cup milk more mixed with the 2 tablespoons flour. Mixture will thicken. Add salt. Add cream sauce mixture to onion casserole. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
