HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. celery, chopped
Sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice

Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Add soups, rice and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Put in casserole; top with Chinese noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
