SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fresh sausage of your choice 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 lg. chopped onion 4 1/2 c. boiling water 2 pkg. chicken noodle dry soup mix 1 c. uncooked instant rice 12 oz. can mushrooms, optional Brown sausage, pepper, celery and onion in a skillet and drain. Combine remaining ingredients, add the meat mixture and bake in a greased casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
