1 lg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Dissolve gelatin with boiling water. Add cream cheese and stir until cream cheese is completely mixed in. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Add fruit and pour into mold. Chill until set. May be made with raspberry gelatin and raspberries or with strawberry gelatin and strawberries.
