GARDEN QUICHE 
Pie crust
8 oz. Swiss cheese
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
4 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
5 drops hot pepper sauce

Make a pie crust. Prick with fork to let steam out; bake at 450 degrees about 8 minutes. Cool. Place 1/2 of cheese in pastry shell. Layer mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Whip eggs; cream parsley, salt and hot sauce until fluffy. Pour over. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve warm. Makes one 9 inch pie.
