LAYER #1: 1 c. soft butter 1 c. flour 6 oz. pecans, chopped LAYER #2: 16 oz. cream cheese 2 c. powdered sugar 12 oz. Cool Whip LAYER #3: 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 2 tsp. coffee (instant) 1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk LAYER #4: Cool Whip Mix layer #1 and smooth in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Blend Layer #2 and smooth over warm crust. Then refrigerate. Mix Layer #3 until thick and spread over other layers. Frost with Layer #4. Refrigerate. |
