PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2/3 c. water 3 c. sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 4 eggs 1 can or 1 1/2 c. pumpkin 1/2 c. oil Mix wet ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and stir in with wet mixture until mixed. Pour into 3 large or 5 small loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Top with the following. TOPPING: 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. |
