CALIFORNIA MEXI-DISH 
1 lb. ground beef, fried and crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can corn with liquid
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomato pieces
1 can kidney beans, partly drained
1 c. instant rice (or reg. rice with 1 c. extra water and 1 hour longer cooking)
1-2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Little garlic powder or 1-2 peeled cloves of garlic
1 can drained olives
1 1/2 c. water

Mix fried hamburger and all ingredients in a large pan (or a crock pot) and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.

Crock pot: Cook on high for an hour, then low for 3 hours. Or cook on low for 6 hours or up to 8 hours.
