PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE PIZZA
1 pkg. brownie mix (8 inch pan size)
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. sugar
3 large ripe bananas, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 c. orange or lemon juice
1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
2 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 tsp. butter

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and spread onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Spread on crust. Toss bananas with juice, drain, arrange over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts.

In microwave, melt chocolate and butter. Drizzle over bananas. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Makes 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
