PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
15 oz. can (2 c.) pumpkin
2 c. flour (self rising flour, not recommended)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (not oil) 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; beat 1 minute at low speed.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until fluffy. Add powdered sugar; blend until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled bars. Cut into bars. 48 bars.
