SPANISH POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. diced pimientos
6 med. potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked

Melt butter and combine with vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and pepper. Mix in green pepper, onion and pimiento pieces. Pour over drained warm potatoes and serve immediately.
