BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. (or more) chopped walnuts

Put all ingredients in bowl in order given and beat at low speed until smooth. Butter a 9x13x2 inch pan and turn batter in, push into corners and smooth top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FUDGE ICING FOR BROWNIES:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 egg
2 c. icing sugar

Cream above ingredients. Beat on high speed of mixer. Should be thick and moist.
