ICED TEA SPRITZER 
Easy to take along -- or to serve at home! 8 tea bags Chilled ginger ale

Pour boiling water over tea bags; let brew 5-10 minutes. Remove tea bags and let tea cool. To serve, pour over ice cubes in tall glasses to fill half full; add ginger ale to fill glass. Stir and garnish with mint and/or lemon. Makes 8-10 servings.
