MOIST MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. tomato catsup
Milk
1 c. soda cracker crumbs

Mix beef, sausage, onions, salt, pepper, eggs and catsup. Pour milk over crackers in measuring cup until it reaches 1 cup level. Allow crackers to absorb milk. Add to meat mixture. Mix well.

Shape mixture into loaf, making creases in top. Fill creases with catsup. Bake in a loaf pan or covered casserole at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.
