FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 sm. cantaloupe, pared & diced
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. low fat yogurt
1 tbsp. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1/2 c. fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. brown sugar
6 lettuce leaves (opt.)

Combine fruit; combine yogurt and mayonnaise, brown sugar and nuts; mix well. Stir into fruit. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired. For diabetics use reduced calorie mayonnaise and brown sugar substitute to equal 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
