SPINACH RING 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cook and drain
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. thick white sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. French's prepared mustard

MAKE WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

On low heat melt butter, add flour, milk and salt. Stir until smooth and thick. Remove from burner.

Add spinach and all ingredients. Pour into greased ring mold. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Turn mold out on platter. (Optional) Heat 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, pour over ring.
