CHRISTINE'S STRAWBERRY BREAD | |
3 c. flour plus 3 tbsp. 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 c. granulated sugar 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed 4 eggs, well beaten 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make a well in center and add the strawberries and eggs. Then add oil and pecans. Mix well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured standard loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool and enjoy. |
