1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. hot coffee
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
2 c. chopped apples
Nuts (optional)

Mix ingredients together and pour into pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts or leave plain and after baking frost with cream cheese frosting. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
