AUNT ALICE'S HERB RICE 
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. uncooked minute rice
2 cans beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. herb seasoning

In a skillet, saute the onions in butter. Add the rice and bouillon and cook until mixture boils. Add seasoning and cover. Simmer over low heat until almost dry and rice is cooked. Serves 7-8.
