2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Serves 6 or 8.
