2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed 3 minutes. Pour in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Then sprinkle with coconut.
