KAT'S ROSEMARY GRILLING MARINADE 
2 cups soy sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. crushed fresh rosemary

Mix soy sauce, sugar, water and rosemary together.

In casserole dish pour over: chicken, pork, fish, beef - whatever you choose to use.

Let sit, covered, in refrigerator for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours - the longer the better...

Then grill or broil...
