CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tbsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. shortening
seasoned salt to taste
5 or 6 pieces chicken (your choice)

Dumplings:

2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

In pressure cooker, put 3 tablespoons shortening and add all seasonings. Stir. Lightly salt chicken. Add seasoned salt. Fry chicken on each side. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Remove chicken. In bowl, add a little water and sour cream. Mix and add to pan. Combine flour and water; add to pan and stir until desired thickness.

Dumplings: In bowl, add flour and make a hole in center. Put in salt, eggs, water and sour cream. Mix together. Drop in salted, boiling water by the teaspoonful. Cook 20 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add to gravy. Set chicken on top and serve.
