POPPY SEED SALAD DRESSING 
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. honey
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
4 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 tsp. ground mace

Combine in a small bowl. Mix until well blended. Can cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
