FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 bananas, diced or mashed

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Then put in blender. Add strawberries and blend on low to medium speed until strawberries are well mixed. Pour into large bowl and fold in pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip. Put in large pyrex dish, cover and freeze. Remove just minutes before serving. (Can serve on a bed of lettuce.) Cut into serving size. (Can keep leftovers in freezer up to a week.)
