HOT AND SPICY ARTICHOKE DIP | |
14 oz. artichoke hearts, diced 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp. sliced green onion 2 tbsp. chopped tomato Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except onion and tomato. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread wedges. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
