2 cans Del Monte cream corn 1 egg 3 tbsp. milk 3 tbsp. flour or 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 stick melted butter Grease casserole dish with butter. Beat egg until fluffy. Make a paste with flour and milk and add to egg. Add sugar and beat well. Add butter, and corn and beat. Pour in casserole dish and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 25-30 minutes. |
