COUNTRY POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper

Heat soup, onion, butter and cheese. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Pour over hash brown potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
