SCHOOL BAKED ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
8 tsp. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 tsp. salt
4 c. all-purpose flour

Sprinkle yeast over half the water. In another bowl, mix remaining water with sugar, salt and oil. Mix well. Add half the flour and mix until smooth. Add yeast. Mix well. Add remaining flour and stir until done, leaves side of bowl. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Shape into 24 rolls. Place in greased pan and brush with butter. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. These rolls are great and they don't have to be kneaded!
